Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Please carefully read these terms of use before using this product. By accessing and engaging with Wafira-Ntaba Limited, the Providers of the Plans and Polices under Plan B (herein after referred to as “the Product”), you agree to comply with these terms, which may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use of the Product signifies your acceptance of the changes. Review these terms regularly to stay informed of your current rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Product.

This product, including all the services provided under Plan B, is for your personal use only. When using it, you agree to obey all laws. You may not use, copy, share, modify, display, and of the Plans or Polices provided under this Product without our written permission.

Additionally, when using this Website, you may not:

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Bypass or interfere with security features.
• Transmit malicious products.
• Forge any part of an email.
• Collect personal information from the Website

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Product.

10. Limitation on Liability

 Wafira-Ntaba Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the product or these terms of use. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Plans and Polices offered. This limitation also applies to damages related to services or products received by third party providers through Plan B and information or advice received through Plan B.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.

11. Termination

We can terminate or suspend your Subscription and block your access to all Plan B’s Polices, Products and Services at any time for any reason, including violating these Terms of Use. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension.

Termination does not affect your obligations to us under these Terms of Use. Certain provisions, like those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will survive termination.

12. Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright is being infringed by Wafira-Ntaba Limited, please provide us with the information required by the Copyright Act 2022, including:

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved by Mediation under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023.

15. Miscellaneous

No waiver of any breach or default is a waiver of any other breach or default. Section headings are for convenience only. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
